Troubleshooting
The AI won't generate
The AI composer needs a connection. Check your internet, then try again. Free accounts get three generations per week; if you've hit the limit you can keep editing and exporting, or upgrade for unlimited generations.
No sound
Make sure your phone isn't in silent mode and the volume is up. If you're recording in the sampler, BeatForge needs microphone permission — you can grant it in Settings → BeatForge.
A project won't open
Update to the latest version from the App Store. If a specific project still won't open, email us the details and we'll look into it.
Restoring a purchase
Open the app, go to the upgrade screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
