Plain-language terms for using BeatForge. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these.

BeatForge is operated by Digital FLOW PTE LTD (Singapore company reg. no. 202350828Z), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("we", "us"). These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
1. The license we give you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BeatForge on devices you own or control, for making and sharing music. The app itself, its code, sound engine, presets and branding remain ours.
2. You own your music
Any track, pattern, melody or arrangement you create with BeatForge belongs to you. You're free to release, perform, monetize and license your finished work. We claim no ownership of and no royalty on the music you make.
3. Samples and copyright
BeatForge lets you record and import your own audio. You are responsible for the rights to anything you sample or import. Sampling copyrighted recordings, or using audio you don't have permission to use, may infringe others' rights — that's on you, not on us. Don't use BeatForge to infringe copyright.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
- Don't use it to create or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt or abuse our services, including the AI composer.
5. Community content
If you publish a track to the in-app community feed, you're responsible for what you share. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or otherwise objectionable is not allowed. You can report any track from the feed; reported content is removed automatically after a few reports, and we may remove content and bar users who violate these terms. 6. Subscriptions
BeatForge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple.
7. AI-generated content
The AI composer drafts arrangements from your prompts. AI output can be imperfect or similar to output others receive. You're responsible for reviewing what you publish. The drafted arrangement becomes part of your project, which you own as described above.
8. No warranty
BeatForge is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of important work.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll revise the date above and note significant changes in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
